References to trauma, trauma recovery, healing, regulation, survival patterns, emotional processing, or internal work describe the subject matter of the program. They do not mean that Blueprint to Sovereignty provides clinical trauma treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or mental-health care.

Our services are not:
- Psychotherapy;
- Counseling;
- Psychological treatment;
- Psychiatric care;

- Emergency care;
- Diagnosis;
- Treatment or cure of any physical, mental, or emotional condition; or

Brooke Leon and any facilitators, coaches, contractors, or representatives providing services through Blueprint to Sovereignty are not acting as licensed physicians, psychologists, psychotherapists, licensed clinical social workers, psychiatrists, or other licensed mental-health professionals in the delivery of these services, unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement for a separately licensed service.
Nothing provided through our services constitutes a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, medical opinion, psychological opinion, or clinical care plan.
2.3 Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. You are responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for you and for obtaining professional advice before participating when appropriate.
If you have a history of trauma or any medical, psychological, psychiatric, or emotional condition, you should consult a licensed physician or qualified mental-health professional before participating. You should maintain your own relationship with appropriate healthcare and mental-health providers throughout your participation.
You agree not to discontinue prescribed treatment, medication, professional care, or other support based on anything presented through our services.
2.4 Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You may decline to answer a question, complete an exercise, attend a session, or participate in a discussion.

- Call or text 988 to reach the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the United States.
Do not contact Blueprint to Sovereignty as a substitute for emergency services.
2.6 No Guaranteed Results
We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome, result, recovery, transformation, decision, financial result, leadership outcome, health benefit, emotional benefit, or other specific benefit.
Individual experiences and results vary based on many factors, including personal circumstances, participation, implementation, health, support systems, timing, and matters outside our control.
Testimonials or descriptions of prior participant experiences are illustrative only and are not promises of what you will experience.
2.7 Suitability and Discontinuation
We may decline an application, recommend that a person seek another form of support, pause participation, or discontinue a participant's access when we reasonably believe that the program is not the appropriate setting for the person's needs, safety, wellbeing, or circumstances.
Where reasonably practicable, we may provide notice and identify appropriate next steps. This provision does not create an obligation to provide clinical referrals, crisis services, or individualized medical or mental-health guidance.
3. Tarot, Oracle, Intuitive, and Metaphysical Offerings
Tarot readings, oracle readings, intuitive services, energy-oriented work, and related metaphysical content are offered for personal reflection, insight, exploration, and entertainment purposes only.
These offerings:
- Are not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice;
- Are not predictive or guaranteed forecasts;
- Do not guarantee that any future event will occur;
- Should not be used as the sole basis for a personal, medical, mental-health, legal, financial, employment, relationship, or business decision;
- Do not replace advice from an appropriately licensed professional; and
- Do not create a professional-client relationship with a physician, therapist, attorney, financial advisor, accountant, or other licensed professional.
You retain full responsibility and decision-making authority over your own life and choices. You should independently evaluate information and obtain professional advice where appropriate.
Blueprint to Sovereignty is not responsible for actions, decisions, losses, or consequences resulting from your interpretation or use of a tarot reading, oracle reading, intuitive statement, energy-oriented service, or other metaphysical content.
4. Eligibility, Applications, and Intake
You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services, enroll in a program, or participate in an individual container unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing and applicable law permits your participation.
Certain services, particularly The Executive Anchor, may require an application, intake conversation, screening process, or written agreement.
We may accept or decline an application at our discretion. Payment of an application fee, submission of an application, attendance at an intake call, or submission of personal information does not guarantee acceptance.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during an application, intake, enrollment, or payment process.
5. Enrollment, Payments, and Billing
5.1 Prices and Currency
All prices are stated in United States dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The price, payment schedule, included services, and applicable taxes or fees will be disclosed before purchase or enrollment.
5.2 Payment Options
Unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable enrollment materials, our programs are pay-in-full at enrollment.
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe-supported buy-now-pay-later options (including Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay) may be available at checkout if supported for your location and purchase. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to offer additional payment options in the future, including installment plans.
5.3 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is declined, we may:
- Contact you to request updated payment information;
- Retry the payment; and/or
- Suspend access to materials, sessions, or community features until the account is current.
You remain responsible for authorized amounts owed, subject to applicable law and any separate written payment agreement.
5.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
You agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve a legitimate billing question or dispute before initiating a chargeback.
You may not use a chargeback to avoid payment for services received, materials accessed, or an installment obligation that you authorized. This does not limit your right to dispute an unauthorized or fraudulent charge or to exercise rights provided by law.
6. Cancellations, Refunds, Credits, and Transfers
6.1 No Cooling-Off Period; No Refunds
There is no cooling-off period. Once you sign (or otherwise accept) these Terms and/or complete enrollment, all payments made are non-refundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6.2 Credits (Company Discretion Only)
Although payments are non-refundable, at our sole discretion we may choose, on a case-by-case basis, to apply amounts you have paid as a credit toward:
- A different start date for the same program; and/or
- A future Blueprint to Sovereignty program.
Any credit, if offered, may be subject to conditions we specify (including expiration dates, availability, and administrative requirements). Nothing in these Terms creates any right to a refund, transfer, or credit.
6.3 Company Cancellation or Rescheduling
We may reschedule, modify, suspend, or cancel a service, session, cohort, workshop, or community offering because of facilitator availability, enrollment levels, technology issues, illness, emergency, force majeure, or other circumstances.
If we cancel a paid service and do not provide a reasonable replacement, we may, in our discretion, issue a credit, reschedule, or provide another reasonable remedy. Any remedy will be provided subject to applicable law and any nonwaivable statutory rights.
We are not responsible for travel, accommodation, technology, scheduling, or other expenses you incur in connection with a service unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Access, Materials, and Personal Use
Access to materials, communities, recordings, sessions, and platforms begins when stated in the applicable enrollment materials or when access credentials are provided.
Access is personal, limited, non-transferable, and for your individual use only. You may not sell, assign, sublicense, share, lend, or transfer your access without our prior written consent.
We may use third-party platforms, including Skool, payment processors, video-conferencing services, email platforms, scheduling systems, and other technology providers. Your use of those platforms may also be governed by their separate terms and privacy policies.
We do not guarantee that any platform, recording, download, community, or digital feature will be continuously available or error-free.

We may make reasonable changes to:
- Session dates and times;
- Facilitators, coaches, or contractors;
- Curriculum and lesson order;
- Delivery format;
- Platforms;
- Community features;
- Exercises and materials;
- Call frequency;
- Guest speakers; or
- Other program details.
We will use reasonable efforts to provide substantially similar value when making material changes. A change does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund unless required by the applicable enrollment terms or law.
9. Community Conduct
This section applies to The Cohort, The Collective, group calls, workshops, comment sections, online communities, and other group settings.
You agree to:
- Treat other participants, facilitators, and staff respectfully;

10.3 Separate Mutual NDA
A participant may request a separate mutual non-disclosure agreement. We may enter into a mutual NDA with a participant when appropriate and when both parties agree to its terms.
A separate NDA controls over these confidentiality provisions to the extent of any direct conflict.
11. Recording and Use of Sessions
11.1 Participant Recording Prohibited
Participants may not record, screenshot, photograph, transcribe, download, reproduce, redistribute, or publish any session, training, live Q&A, group discussion, lesson, recording, chat, workbook, or other program material without our prior written permission.
11.2 Company Recording (Advance Notice; Opt-Out)
With advance notice, Blueprint to Sovereignty may record trainings, sessions, and live Q&As for reuse as internal training material, quality assurance, accessibility, replay, or program purposes.
A participant may opt out of being recorded by notifying us before the applicable session. We will use reasonable measures to honor the opt-out, such as excluding the participant from the recording, asking the participant to keep their camera off, or limiting the recording to the facilitator and materials.
In a live group setting, we cannot guarantee that other participants will not independently record or repeat information. Participants remain responsible for following the confidentiality and recording rules in these Terms.

14. Testimonials and Results
We may request permission to use a participant's testimonial, name, title, photograph, video, audio, or description of experience.
We will use testimonials or identifiable participant information only with permission.
A testimonial reflects one person's experience. It is not a guarantee, prediction, or promise of what another participant will experience.

21. Dispute Resolution
21.1 Good-Faith Negotiation
Before starting mediation or arbitration, the parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve a dispute informally.
A party must send written notice describing the dispute and requested resolution to: Spirito, LLC DBA Blueprint to Sovereignty Email: info@blueprint-to-sovereignty.com Mailing address: Spirito, LLC DBA Blueprint to Sovereignty, 28602 Canyon Rd, Valley Center, CA 92082
The parties will have at least 30 days after receipt of the notice to attempt informal resolution, unless an urgent deadline or applicable law requires a different process.
21.2 Mediation
If the dispute is not resolved through good-faith negotiation, the parties will attempt to resolve it through mediation before proceeding to arbitration.
Mediation will take place in San Diego County, California, unless the parties agree to conduct it remotely or in another location. The parties will mutually select a qualified mediator.
Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs. The parties will share the mediator's fee equally unless the mediator, applicable law, or the mediation provider's consumer rules require a different allocation.
21.3 Mutual Binding Arbitration
If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the dispute will be resolved by mutual, binding arbitration in California before one neutral arbitrator.
This arbitration provision applies equally to you and Spirito, LLC DBA Blueprint to Sovereignty. It applies only to disputes arising out of or relating to the use, payment for, or provision of the website or services covered by these Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The arbitration will take place in San Diego County, California, unless the parties agree to remote arbitration or another location. The parties will mutually select a reputable arbitration provider and arbitrator. If the parties cannot agree, a court with appropriate jurisdiction may appoint the arbitrator.
The arbitration will be conducted under applicable California law and the provider's applicable consumer rules. The arbitrator must be neutral and independent and must provide each party a fair opportunity to present evidence and argument.
Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs unless applicable law, the arbitration rules, or a written agreement provides otherwise. Arbitration fees will be allocated in accordance with applicable California law and applicable consumer-arbitration rules. We will not require a consumer to pay fees or costs that California law prohibits the consumer from being required to pay.
21.3.1 International Participants; Nonwaivable Rights
If you reside outside the United States, you may have mandatory statutory consumer cancellation, withdrawal, or refund rights under your home jurisdiction that cannot be waived by contract. Nothing in these Terms (including the no-refund provisions) is intended to waive any such nonwaivable rights. Where those nonwaivable rights apply, they will apply only to the minimum extent required by law.
21.4 Rights Preserved
Nothing in this section:
- Prevents either party from bringing an eligible individual claim in small claims court;
- Prevents either party from seeking temporary or preliminary relief from a court when necessary to preserve rights or prevent immediate harm;
- Waives rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived;
- Prevents a participant from reporting a matter to a government agency;
- Limits a participant's right to pursue a claim under applicable consumer-protection law; or
- Requires arbitration of a dispute that applicable law excludes from arbitration.
Any court proceeding permitted under this section must be brought in a court located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
21.5 California Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to the dispute-resolution provisions above and any nonwaivable legal rights, the parties consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.

We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes and provide a reasonable rescheduling, replacement, credit, or refund when required by the applicable enrollment terms or law.
24. Assignment
You may not assign, transfer, delegate, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, change in ownership, or transfer of the business, provided that the transfer does not materially reduce your rights under these Terms.
25. Waiver
A failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
A waiver must be in writing and applies only to the specific instance for which it is given.
26. Severability
